• Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Generate sales leads that develop into new customers
• Identify and assess customers’ needs
• Provide product and service information
• Resolve product or service issues
• Prepare reports by collecting customer info

Qualifications:

• 1 year BPO experience as a CSR
• Excellent English communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Well organized and detail-oriented

Details: Day shift, office-based, full-time, Php25,00 – Php30,00/month
